As for your last question, about how long it takes for a program to be "right" -- well, in all honesty, a company believes that a program is right the day it ships. Illustrator should at least give the user the chance to "OK" the file so the app doesn't pop up a warning dialogue each time the script gets initialized. What is Ethical Hacking?
